JustKidding has a comprehensive return or refund policy. Customers can buy with confidence.
JustKidding only accepts the following reasons for return:
i. The goods are damaged/defective; or
ii. It is not the product you ordered
If the purchased product is found to be damaged or faulty after receipt, the customer can submit a return and refund application via email within 14 days of receiving the product. When the return request is approved, we will refund the money by bank transfer. Our customer service may ask you to provide photos or videos.
