- Enjoy free shipping when you purchase JHc products or Food Art soup bags over $400 in our store. Except for the above two products, the remaining products need to be paid on delivery.
- Our store uses "SF Express" and all delivery times are subject to the policy of "SF Express".
- After placing an order, it can generally be shipped on the same day or the next working day, excluding holidays. If the company has special reasons and needs more time to ship, our customer service staff will contact you to discuss a suitable shipping time.
- For remote areas* defined by SF Express, the company will charge customers an additional shipping fee of $20. If the delivery address is in a remote area, the recipient can choose to pick it up at an SF Express station, SF Express business point, SF Express cooperation point or SF Express self-service counter to avoid paying additional shipping fees in remote areas.
- If there are a large number of orders during holidays or force majeure natural disasters, shipments may be delayed.

- Why should I choose SF Express station/point for delivery? Generally, there are the following situations:
- If you need the goods urgently, it is recommended to choose SF Express stations, SF Express business points, SF Express cooperation points or SF Express self-service lockers to pick up the goods. Generally, it may be a day faster than having the goods delivered to your home address.
- I don't want merchants to know my residential address and keep it private.
- There is no one at home to receive the goods, so self-pickup at SF Express self-service lockers is more flexible.
- I want to receive the shipment faster. Our store recommends that you consider the following locations as your priority delivery address:
- Self-pickup at SF Express stations, SF Express business points, SF Express cooperation points or SF Express self-service counters
- Industrial area or office building
- home address
